Design Research

We accompany eight technology projects on gender-specific health with and through design research.

Design research as a method

We want to find out which aspects promote and which hinder the implementation of gender-sensitive approaches in medicine and digital technologies. To do so, we use a co-creative approach: all relevant stakeholder groups – developers, clinicians, patients and users – are involved in this research, so that the results reflect the actual needs and problems of all groups involved as closely as possible and thus also achieve greater acceptance for the recommendations we develop.
