Science Communication

Good science communication makes health more self-determined – to achieve this, we must take differences between genders seriously, explain them and clear up misunderstandings.

Science communication at GenDiMedNet

Practice

Gender-sensitive medicine and technology are complex topics. Our aim is to explain them as simply as possible in order to create understanding and trust. That is why we support the 8 research projects with their science communication and at the same time position the topic on social media to draw more attention to it.

Research

Evidence-based. Structured. Effective. We develop guidelines for communicating gender-sensitive medicine and test them experimentally. This creates a helpful tool for future research and interventions – for greater acceptance and understanding.
